Delete your StuffSensei data

Most people have nothing to delete with us. StuffSensei works without an account, and everything you add stays on your phone. We only hold data if you signed in to cloud backup (StuffSensei Pro).

Delete your cloud account in the app (fastest)

Open StuffSensei and go to Settings (the gear at the top right).
Tap Cloud backup & sync.
Tap Delete cloud account and confirm.

Your account and your cloud copy are deleted straight away. Everything on your phone stays, so you can keep using the app.

Can’t use the app? Email us

Send an email to support@stuffsensei.com with the subject “Delete my StuffSensei account”, from the email address you signed in with. We’ll delete your account and all its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your cloud account (email address and sign-in).
Your cloud copy of your home: spaces, bins, items, and the photos and documents uploaded with them.
Your place in any shared home. A home you started is deleted too if nobody else is in it; if others still use it, it’s handed to the next member so they don’t lose their things. If someone else shared a home with you, you’re removed and their home stays theirs.
Invite codes you made expire on their own within a week.

We don’t keep any of it afterwards. There are no ads or analytics records to delete, because we don’t have any.

What we don’t hold

Data on your phone. To remove it, delete the app (or clear its data in your phone’s settings). Backup files you saved are yours to delete wherever you saved them.
Payments. Pro subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel there to stop paying; deleting your account doesn’t cancel the subscription.
